Job summary

S&S Truck Tire Center in Lexington, KY is hiring a Tire Technician - Inside to support trucking operations. You will mount and dismount tires, install tire/wheel assemblies, load and unload tires, and provide tire repair and emergency road service.

We offer competitive wages of $22-24/hour plus overtime, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, in-person work; valid driver's license preferred.

• Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Able to communicate clearly with co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

S&S Truck Tire Center is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, serving the Lexington area markets. We are urgently looking to add a Tire Technician - Inside to our Lexington, KY Truck Tire Team.

Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:

• Mount/Dismount/Installation of Tires & Tire/Wheel Assemblies
• Loading/Unloading Tires on and off Trucks
• Tire Repair
• Emergency Road Service

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• A valid, insurable Driver’s License.
• The ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.
• The desire to be an integral part of a TEAM.
• Commitment to being on time.
• Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management.
• Be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
