Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or tire service is preferred, but training is provided.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a busy shop.
• Positive attitude and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect vehicles for tire wear and basic maintenance.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs.
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections.
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
