Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Montana is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced store environment.

You will perform tire mounting, balancing, TPMS calibration, wheel repair, battery testing, and offsite road service support, with on‑the‑job training and ample opportunities to grow within our team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license and pass background checks.
Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to lift 35-75 pounds and perform manual tasks.
Willingness to learn tire maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach and rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS.
Wash tires and wheels; test batteries.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

Job description

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.
Qualifications: Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits

$14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
