Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and sales, while delivering outstanding customer service. The role includes driving, test drives, TPMS calibration, and offsite/emergency road service support.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and the capability to work in a high‑volume environment. On‑the‑job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; balance wheels as needed.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; drive and test vehicles as required.
• WASH tires and wheels; use and maintain equipment.
• Assist other employees and provide great customer service.
• Promote store sales and use the Best Tire Value Promise with customers.
• Support offsite and emergency road service operations.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
• Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.
• Qualifications: Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits

• $14.85 - $24.50 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
