Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role in Folsom, CA. Responsibilities include tire and wheel installation, maintenance, and quality customer service.

You will install, repair, rotate, and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, and perform battery tests. The job requires lifting heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment, with benefits upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, standing, and reaching as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test and install batteries.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Test drive vehicles to verify service.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite or emergency road service.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
