Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Sacramento is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering friendly customer service and completing work per company policies and Code of Conduct.

You will install/rotate tires, repair and inflate tires, service wheels, calibrate TPMS, and support store operations while assisting customers. Competitive pay with benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
