Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service team member in California to handle tire installation, maintenance, and sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will perform tire balancing, TPMS work, battery testing, and assist other staff in a fast-paced store environment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
