Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. The role emphasizes safe tire/wheel work, high-quality customer service, and adherence to store policies.

You will perform tire installations, maintenance, TPMS calibrations, battery tests, and assist teammates while providing a positive customer experience. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating and inflating tires.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
