Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, service and sell tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer care. You will perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and general maintenance with safe, efficient workmanship.

We value reliable teamwork, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 35–75 pounds in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS systems; test drive vehicles.
• Washing tires and wheels; test batteries; operate service equipment.
• Assist other employees and promote in-store sales.
• Perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
