Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to install, repair, rotate, and balance tires and wheels, test TPMS, battery testing, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, follow company policies, and participate in offsite and emergency road service as needed; this role offers on-the-job training and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to learn tire installation and TPMS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; test and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn TPMS calibration.
• Assist with battery testing and equipment maintenance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote store sales.
• Perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
