Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in the United States to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations, TPMS calibration, battery tests, and related services, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role adheres to company policies and the Code of Conduct, with on-the-job training provided and opportunities to contribute to store sales through the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds and perform bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; TPMS calibration; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
