Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service and perform work per company policies in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include installing tires, rotating and balancing wheels, TPMS calibration, and assisting other staff while promoting store sales. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Promotes store sales.
