Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, maintain and sell tires and wheels. You will perform tire servicing, TPMS calibration, and battery testing, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves lifting, twisting, and standing for long periods in a fast-paced store setting. Training is provided on the job, with potential for benefits after eligibility. Equipment operation and offsite road service may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Physical work including bending, kneeling, squatting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Balance and test tires, repair TPMS, and assist other employees.
• Provide great customer service and promote store sales.
