Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a tire technician to mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles in a fast-paced store environment. You will ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness while explaining tire options and maintenance needs to customers.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset, with preferred experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
