Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to support customers by performing tire installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment.

You will mount/dismount, balance, and repair tires, ensure work meets safety and quality standards, explain tire options and maintenance needs to customers, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to store policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to provide excellent service

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's safety and quality standards
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
