Job summary

Belle Tire is hiring a tire technician to mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles in a fast-paced retail environment. You will explain tire options and maintenance needs, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work varying hours including Saturdays. Previous tire service experience is a plus, and ASE training is supported by the company.

• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
