Job summary

Belle Tire is hiring for a tire technician to mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles. You will ensure safety standards are met and explain tire options and maintenance to customers.

The role requires maintaining a clean, organized workspace and may include additional duties as assigned by the manager. The position is based in a Belle Tire store with flexible hours Monday through Saturday, and overtime potential in a fast-paced workshop.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
