Belle Tire is hiring a Tire Technician in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. You will perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs while prioritizing safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, proper maintenance explanations, and a clean, safe work area. Prior tire service experience is preferred, with opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include being at least 18 and having a valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Preferred: high school diploma or GED; prior tire service or automotive repair experience.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
