Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service professional to install, maintain, and service tires and wheels while delivering exceptional customer service. The role covers tire repair, rotation, inflating, wheel balancing, TPMS calibration, and basic battery testing.

You will operate service vehicles for offsite work and support fellow staff in a fast-paced store environment. The position emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and sales promotion, with opportunities for quarterly

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding TPMS calibration.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales.
