Job summary

Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver high levels of customer service while performing tire and wheel services, including TPMS calibration and wheel rebalance.

The job entails loading heavy parts, operating service vehicles, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment consistent with company policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales per policy.
• Assist other employees and maintain equipment.
