Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and wheel services. You will install, rotate, and rebalance tires, service TPMS, and assist customers with product selection while driving store sales.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift heavy loads, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical/dental, retirement, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds and perform bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and repair tires, rebalance wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.
• Promote store sales and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
