Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will perform tire and wheel services, TPMS calibration, battery testing and offsite service calls, while delivering strong customer service and following policy guidelines.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands such as frequent lifting, bending and standing throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; install or relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test and install batteries.
• Use and maintain equipment; assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
