Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform rotations and balancing, and assist customers with high-quality service. You’ll ensure TPMS calibration, run tests, and support emergency road services as needed.

You’ll engage customers with the Best Tire Value Promise, contribute to store sales, and work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical endurance and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds frequently.
• Comfort with physical tasks in a quick service setting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels for customers.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires to specs.
• Attach/rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Test drive vehicles and assist on offsite road service.
• Provide friendly service and promote store sales.
