Job summary
Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Sales & Service technician responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and wheels, delivering outstanding customer service and completing work per company policies.
You will perform tire rotation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, equipment maintenance, and support teammates. This full-time role offers weekly pay, quarterly bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in rapid pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.
Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
- Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
- Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
- Installing/rebuilding and calibrating TPMS.
- Washing tires and wheels.
- Testing and installing batteries.
- Using and maintenance of equipment.
- Assisting other employees.
- Test driving vehicles.
- Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
