Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Everett, WA is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. The position emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to company policies while completing work efficiently.

The role involves installing and maintaining tires and wheels, performing repairs and TPMS calibration, and supporting team members throughout daily operations. On-the-job training is provided as part of the company culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
