Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role in Washington. The position covers tire and wheel installation, maintenance and sales, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and following company policies.

Responsibilities include installing tires, performing repairs, rotations and TPMS work, plus offsite service and road emergencies. Requires a valid driver’s license and physical stamina; training is provided. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test and install batteries.
• Operate and maintain equipment.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
