Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Washington state is seeking a Sales & Service specialist to install and maintain tires and wheels and to provide excellent customer service. The role includes tire repair, rotation, inflation, TPMS calibration, wheel balancing, washing, and offsite road service when required.

The position supports sales goals, utilizes the Best Tire Value Promise, and requires a valid driver\'s license, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting; reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including repairing, rotating and inflating tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Wash tires and wheels and test drive vehicles as part of service.
• Assist other employees and provide exceptional customer service to promote store sales.
