Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, maintain, and repair tires and wheels while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist with TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite service as needed. On-the-job training is provided; pay is hourly with benefits after eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite/emergency road service.
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales.
