Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. Responsibilities include installing and balancing tires, performing service tasks, and supporting offsite road services. Customer service and compliance with company policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds and perform bending, twisting, kneeling and standing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; rotate, inflate, balance and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Wash tires and wheels; connect and test batteries; perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Repair, test drive and assist with offsite and emergency road services; operate service vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
