Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales with a focus on customer service. The role covers installation, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite road service as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
