Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to install, rotate, balance, and repair tires while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-oriented store setting. You will explain tire options and maintenance needs to customers, keep work areas clean and safe, and uphold Belle Tire’s safety standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and possess a mechanical aptitude with a history of reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: prior tire services or automotive repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets high quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers; deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
