You will balance tires, explain options, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while upholding high standards. Prior tire experience is a plus, and growth opportunities exist within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset.
• Prior tire service or automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
