Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented with mechanical aptitude for tire servicing.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's safety and quality standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
