Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
