Les Schwab Tire Centers in Chico, CA is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform tire rotations, TPMS calibration, and related service tasks while delivering friendly, high‑quality customer care. You will help drive store sales and uphold safety and company standards during fast-paced shifts.

The role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift 35–75 lbs, and the willingness to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Regular bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.

• Operate service vehicles for offsite or emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
