Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Stockton, CA seeks a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations, and tire calibrations, and assist with offsite road service as needed. You will ensure excellent customer service and help drive store sales.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver’s license and can lift 35–75 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment while using and maintaining shop equipment. Training is provided as needed.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
