Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in California is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering top‑notch customer service in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

You will install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, and assist other team members while driving store performance and customer satisfaction. On‑the‑job training is provided to build skills and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
