Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Redding, CA is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and ensure work is completed according to company policies.

Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite emergency road services; you will support other staff and help drive store performance while delivering the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
