Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, and sales at our Washington locations. You will install and balance tires, rotate and inflate tires, service TPMS, and assist customers with a focus on reliability and quality workmanship.

The role offers on-site work, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement and paid time off.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license is required.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds and physical stamina are required.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS as needed.
Washing tires and wheels; test driving vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license
