Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Colorado is seeking a Sales & Service team member responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales while delivering outstanding customer service according to company policies.

You will perform tire and wheel installation, rotation, balancing and TPMS calibration, assist customers and operate service vehicles as needed. Lifting up to 75 pounds is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
Installing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS.
Washing tires and wheels.
Testing and installing batteries.
Using and maintaining equipment.
Assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles.
Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:
