Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service team member to install and maintain tires and wheels, provide top-tier customer service, and perform related maintenance tasks according to company procedures.

You will rotate and rebalance tires, calibrate TPMS, wash tires, drive test vehicles, and support offsite service calls while upholding safety standards and contributing to store sales.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Service) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• Uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
