Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in Minnesota for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to company policies, and efficient work-throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, rotating and inflating tires, calibrating TPMS, and assisting other team members. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 35–75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting 35-75 lbs and standing/walking.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach and work physically across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Assist other staff and maintain equipment.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
