Job title: Technician

Job Pay: $17/hr DOE

A Technician is an employee in training to become a Certified Technician. Technicians work alongside Certified and Senior Technicians while they learn to perform our core oil change services. Duties include servicing oil filters, air filters, grease fittings, lights and wipers, as well as changing oil, other fluids, and rotating tires.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm, occasional Saturdays 7:30am - 12pm

You Need To Be Able To:

• Work in varying temperature conditions
• Work quickly
• Enjoy hands-on work
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have full body mobility
• Work on your feet for extended periods with your hands above your head
• Maintain store appearance and proper maintenance
• Be punctual and adhere to lateness policies
• Perform all our services we sell, including:
• Top side
• Bottom side
• Guest Greeting
• Point of Sale
• Transmission fluid exchange
• Coolant exchange
• Fuel filter service
• Lights
• Battery service and installs
• Gear boxes
• Wipers
• Rotate tires
• Cabin air filter service
• Serpentine belt service
• Air filter service
• Complete and perform Super Pro
• Achieve goals and tasks
• Follow training development program
• Maintain acceptable behavior levels
• Participate in performance reviews and evaluations quarterly
• Be eligible for merit increases every 6 months
• Follow supervisor’s reasonable orders
• Perform reasonable job assignments
• Work within 5 hours of scheduled time
• Respect others and their property

Must have a valid driver’s license.
