Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and friendly service. The role focuses on tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles and roadside service.

You will work a rotating day/night schedule, participate in safety practices, and assist in training new technicians. Benefits including tuition assistance, PTO, health coverage after 30 days, and a 401(k) match support career development.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the DOT (paid by Love’s).
• Strong work ethic and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of customers, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Assist in training new technicians (no prior experience required).
