Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean places with friendly faces. The role involves tire service for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside settings, with a rotating day/night schedule and training opportunities for newcomers.

The position emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, with benefits including tuition assistance, PTO, and 401(k) matching. Immediate hiring is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
• Strong work ethic and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of customers, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Assist in training new technicians (no prior experience required).
