Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to operate in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and delivering friendly service to customers. The role includes opportunities for career development and flexible scheduling.

You will work rotating day/night shifts, handle tire removal and replacement for commercial vehicles, and assist in training new technicians as needed. A strong work ethic and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Able to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).
• Strong work ethic and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Repair and maintain store equipment and perform general housekeeping duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of customers, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Assist in training new technicians (no prior experience required).

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
• Strong work ethic and customer focus.
