Job summary

Point S Tire & Auto Service in Taos is seeking reliable Tire Technicians to join our team. We offer training, a signing bonus, and a five‑day work week. Experience is a plus but not required, and we provide training to all applicants.

Primary duties include installing and repairing tires on various vehicles, maintaining a clean shop, and handling loading/unloading of shipments. Part‑time and full‑time roles are available, with benefits after probation and after one year of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• TIA certification must be completed within first 90 days.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be physically fit and able to stand for periods of time over 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean workstation and shop.
• Loading and unloading of shipping containers and trucks.

Point S in Taos is seeking reliable and dependable tire techs to join our team. Experience a plus but not required and we offer training to all those interested.

• Install, repair, and perform all tires services on all makes and models of automotive, light trucks, lawn and garden, trailers and specific industrial equipment
• Maintain a clean workstation and shop
• Loading and unloading of shipping containers and trucks

Requirements

• TIA certification must be completed within first 90 days
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Should be physically fit and able to stand for periods of time over 8 hours daily
• Ability to take instruction and be able to adapt to changing work assignments

Pay ranges from $15.00-$18.00 depending on experience.

Our benefits include holiday pay after probation period and paid PTO after one year of continuous employment.
