You will mount, balance, and install tires, perform repairs, and maintain a clean, safe work area while delivering excellent customer service. We offer competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with tires or automotive work preferred, but training is available.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires for passenger, light truck, and commercial vehicles.
• Perform tire repairs following safety standards.
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage or wear.
• Operate shop equipment (tire machines, balancers, lifts, air tools).
• Assist with shop cleanliness, inventory, and workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with the team.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install passenger, light truck, and commercial tires
• Perform tire repairs following industry safety standards
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage or wear
• Operate shop equipment such as tire machines, balancers, air tools, and lifts
• Assist with shop cleanliness, inventory, and workflow
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with the team
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
