Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to serve customers and drivers nationwide. You will handle tire sales, removal, and replacement for both shop and roadside service, while keeping the store and equipment in good working order.

No experience is required—we will teach you! We offer tuition assistance, a 401(k) match, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage after 30 days, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willing to work a rotating day/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sale, removal, and replacement of tires for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility equipment and perform general housekeeping.
• Lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters in various temperatures.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work a rotating schedule between day and night shifts as needed.
• Obtain a Department of Transportation medical card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
