Job summary

Love‘s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians for a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers and drivers, helping with tire removal, mounting, and roadside service. No experience necessary; training provided to help you grow with the team.

Earn $18.50-$23.00 per hour. Benefits include tuition assistance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and health insurance after 30 days. We value safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service across day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior tire-industry experience required; training provided.
• Physically able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire removal, mounting, and installation for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and workspace.
• Assist with shop equipment and basic maintenance as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety policies are followed.

Job Functions

• :Earn $18.50 - $23.00 p/hourTake ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
